Share Your Vision
Start by sending through samples, reference images, or any design inspiration you have in mind. Whether it's a hand-drawn sketch, an existing sock, a logo, or a school colour palette — we work from whatever you've got. There are virtually no limits on design; if you can imagine it, we can manufacture it.
Provide Your Specifications
Once we have your design direction, we'll need the finer details to prepare an accurate quote. This includes your required sizes, intended sock type, approximate thread count or fabric preference, and the purpose of the sock — school uniform, corporate/business, or sport and performance wear. The more detail you can provide, the more precise our recommendations will be.
Receive Your Accurate Cost & Quote
Based on your colour selections, design complexity, fabric specifications, and order quantity, we will provide you with an approximate cost per unit. Pricing is transparent and calculated directly with our manufacturing partners — no hidden margins or vague estimates. This gives you a clear picture before committing to anything.
Note: Pricing is influenced by colour count, jacquard complexity, fabric type, and minimum order quantities. We'll walk you through any variables that may affect your final cost.
Sample Production & Delivery
Happy with the pricing? We'll collect a sample fee to initiate production of your physical sample at the factory. Once produced, your sample is shipped directly to you via DHL Express — fast, tracked, and reliable.
Shipping costs on the sample delivery are covered by Sockit-Tumi, so there are no surprises on your end.
Review, Refine & Approve
Receive your sample and review it against your requirements. If any adjustments are needed — colour tweaks, sizing changes, fabric refinements — we'll go back to the factory and revise accordingly. Once you're completely satisfied with the final sample and ready to proceed with the full order, your sample fee is fully refunded against your order total.
We don't proceed to full production until you have signed off on the final sample. Your approval is the green light.
Production & Delivery of Full Order
With your sample approved, we confirm your full order with the factory and organise production and international shipping. Delivery typically takes between 6 to 12 weeks depending on order complexity, quantity, and how swiftly the sample approval process was completed.
For time-sensitive orders, we can discuss expedited options — just let us know your deadline upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
